To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you need to:✓ Contact us within 30 days of receiving your delivery
✓ Return the goods in the original packaging
✓ Return the goods in the same condition they were received, although in the case of dog food we understand some of it will have been eaten!
Once we’ve received your return we’ll:
- Email to confirm it’s been received
- Inspect and assess its condition
- Email to confirm or reject your refund
- Process the credit through your original payment method
*Please be aware, sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
Sometimes a refund can take a bit of processing time, however if it’s taking
too long please contact your bank, then credit card company – and if you’re
still having issues, please click here and let us know.
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If that’s the case, please click here to let us know, and we’ll take care of it.
